I just read that - isn't it amazing! Also I was feeling so stuck this week that I decided that "losing weight" was too big a project and I would just change one habit a week b/c I could get my head around that! So I haven't touched a diet coke all week :). Next week it's 'extras'. have agreat day :)

Great reminder. I have quite often thought that even though my progress is painfully slow - imagine what I would be like if I hadn't tried.
