There it is!

Yep, there it is folks, my first gain - half a kilo.
Knew it was coming, almost glad to see it. Because it has rekindled my motivation.
So, no time to chat, I've got pavements to pound.

You are right - a gain gets you motivated again and I'm sure you will have a great week with a nice positive result on your next weigh in!

There you go and now you can move on :-) I gotta go hit the pavement too now! Have a great day and I hope the motivation gets you back into gear again. Although really hon, 500g...that'll probably be gone tomorrow anyway.

Hi Sue

That is pretty good - (I am in a real turn a negative into a positive mood) - good because you expected it and good because it really burns you on to get rid of it.

Have a great weekend and look forward to next weeks excellent result.

Hey Sue
you've come so far and lost so much! Try not to let a small gain make you lose sight of how far you've come : ) Me? I'm almost at goal, but it has been so hard trying to lose these last kilos. For the past couple of weeks I gained a little. But today I'm 67.6kgs (67kg is the top of a healthy BMI for me), so I'm pretty happy about that. Heck, I'm happy to even stay in the 60s, and hope not to go over 70kg. Have a great weekend!!

Love your attitude! Sometimes it's exactly what we need to push ourselves that little bit extra to have a great week. Enjoy your weekend!
