Today, I promise...

Okay, I really will get back into my daily posts today. I need to, because that daily reality check really helps keep me on track and honest.

Managed to scrape in with a 200 gram loss for last week - phew, at least it wasn't a gain! I think I'll just have to use the selective memory technique and pretend the long weekend of eating and sitting on my butt didn't happen...

I'll be back later with my proper post including the food and exercise summary for the day.

Hey, it just proves that you can have your indulgent days in moderation!

Well done on your loss Sue. You may think that learning after two years is a pain in the butt but at least you are prepared to still be learning.....and it isn't 10 years.....and you really have got a great butt to have a pain in now LOL.

Have a great day...

And no I haven't started blogging again so don't go there :D

Well... I've been down your blog catching up ... I've made "slight" changes in my eating habits lately too in an effort to shake things up a bit. I've started having only protein and vegies for breakfast, vegies and fruit for lunch - and then protein, vegies and carbs for dinner. I usually have a cup of yougurt in the afternoon too. I'm not LOVING this... but it's one of the things that I've read you should do if you find yourself in a slump - or needing a jumpstart... so I'm doing it - just for a week or two, and then I'll go back to allowing myself cereal for breakfast! BOY do I MISS that!

I don't think it's that you're two years into this and still "learning" ... well, maybe... but I'm thinking you're probably just making adjustments! You KNOW what you need to do. Just carrying it out and making it happen... that's the hard part! And the body does get too comfortable with the way things are sometimes. So mixing it up is a good idea! You're doing great! You've got such a short way now to go -- it's a lot harder than in the beginning!
