The direction the scales are moving in, that is. 80.5kg this morning.
Here are the promised pix from the weekend.
The Pinot Noir vertical tasting tray at Vynfield - the house in the background was built in 1908, in Lyall Bay, Wellington. It was moved over the hill a few years ago. The vertical collection was 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 - the 2006 is definitely too young to be let out of the bottle on it's own! Okay, so I had a couple of sips...
The view from our room - no people, just cows and pukekos.
The car and bikes - we're such urban sportspeople!

Have you ever seen the movie Hotel New Hampshire - that place reminds me of it. Just gorgeous, well except for the red wine (I'm allergic to it).
What are pukekos please? I will try google.
I know, a New Zealand Swamp Hen.
Pukekos are too pretty to be called swamp hen's.
The place looks lovely and peaceful.
Looks like heaven:-)
Ha ha ah, it's a beautiful day here, no clouds, sunshine and HOT even!!! Nice pics ...
What a gorgeous place! WOW
hehe.... should have come visit me. Funny I was in the same places, just doing different things. We did our bike riding around Carterton (we've got a tandem now - yip geeks!) It was gorgeous weather for it though.
