What can I say...

2.3kg loss this week!
Okay, I have to say more than that. I feel great.
Sticking to my points and getting plenty of exercise really works! I know that sounds obvious, but I had to experience it for more than just a couple of weeks to believe it.
I feel very motivated.
Life is just going to keep getting better.
