Yes, for the record, I did use a swear word (actually several) when I dropped my car keys down the stairwell yesterday.
I have worked in the printing industry for over 20 years. My swear repertoire is indeed impressive.
And there is a particularly satisfying echo in the stairs.

Oh dear. At least you could go back down and get them! My worst fear is dropping my keys in the space between the lift at work!! I don't know what I'd do if that happened!!
Woohoo! A great stress relief :)
Anyone who climbs that many stairs is entitled to swear as much as they like!
I can't believe you got back in the lift and went back up so you could walk down the stairs.......that's what I call dedication :)
I also have been feeling the pain and telling myself that it is good pain - ha that doesn't work!!
If you can't swear in a secluded stairwell, where can you swear??!!
If you swear in a secluded stair well and no-one hears you - is it still considered swearing!!
ha ha ha ha ha

LOL :)
I would have had a few choice words to say as well:)
Excellent work on both the stairs and the swearing....lb
Looks to me like walking ANYWHERE in Wellington is the equivalent of walking stairs - it's not exactly flat there!
Hi Sue,
I agree, if you can't swear after that, when can you swear!
Whoa, what a lot of stairs & a what a pain in the butt! loving the new look blog!
You are hilarious! You'd be a scream to work with :-)
I work in printing too - I think we should share our collection of industry curses! We're learning from the best.
Haha, what a giggle! I would be swearing too.
Hey Sue
RE your comment on my blog today, I'm doing my training with Global Beauty in Lower Hutt (using the OPI system) and once I am certified with them I also want to do some courses with Creative Nail Design as well and become certified with those products.
Someone already has "Get Nailed" :(
