Swwwwooooooosh BUMP!

That's the sound of me losing my footing on the slippery slope of temptation and falling in the slough of despair!

Okay, slightly melodramatic, but probably not a bad reflection of how I felt last night.

I left work about 5 to drive to an aqua class. On the way I decided I really couldn't be arsed and drove straight home instead.

Once there, I ate two pieces of cheese on toast and a bowl of ice cream.

I blame those bastards at the coffee shop. And my period.

However...new and exciting challenge coming soon, to create a fab summer body. Watch this space.

Definitely the coffee shops fault!!! Hope you didn't hurt yourself with the fall, sounds like very little damage done. As usual you will pick yourself up and get on your waytody.

Hey, I'm in complete awe that this doesn't happen to you very often! For me, it's at least a once a week occurrence.

Cheese on toast.. yum!!!

Can I blame the whole coffee scenario on my shocker of a day yesterday too!? Watching this space...

Did you hit me when you reached the end of the slope?! My eating's been woeful since the weekend so at least we have good company down there ;)

How exciting - I love reading of new challenges!

Glad to read I'm not the only one who ends up heading home rather than do exercise...and I have to drive right past the gym to get home too :o(

Oh Sue, is it terrible that this made me smile just a bit?! :)

Never mind, it happens to all of us, just count it and keep going. I can't wait to hear all about your challenge. I'm off to re-read all your lead-up to the triathlon posts!!

Funny how we're all more tempted by the cheese than the ice-cream!!!

Weird combination btw, you are strange!!

PS. How well does your boss adjust to change? I still say you should give him the flick on the 17th...

Feck it. After all you've been doing recently, something had to give. I know you'll be right back on track today.

I'm gearing up for winter; although the short days are depressing me, I am SO GLAD the temperatures are finally under 80 (that's like 5000000 degrees Centigrade) because exercising seems so much easier now.

When I started reading I thought, oh no another fall but was glad it was only a (damn cant think of the word) pretend one will have to do. Im a bit like that at the moment - the food in the pantry is quite scared because I dont seem to be able to stop eating. Looking forward to hearing about your new challenge.
