Breakfast: poached eggs on toast
Lunch: homemade chicken pizza
Dinner: steak, salad and fresh-baked bread
Snacks: about a bucket-full of cherries, a trim flat white, banana, strawberries
Treats: glass of Pinot Gris
Exercise: one hour full-body workout, 45 minute aquajog (yep, pretty tired)

Love the purple and lavender (hopefully I am not too behind the times with that comment!!). No count sounds like it is working well. Loved reading in 06 and looking forward to more this year coming.
