Jake and I are in Kerikeri, spending the weekend with my Mum and Dad.
I always feel so good when I come back to Northland - it just feels like home. Of course being so warm helps.
Today we drove to Cooper's Beach for a swim, then went to Mangonui for the best fish and chips in the world. It's true, they are. I have photos of the lovely beach, but my download cable is in Auckland, so you'll have to wait.

I forgot to ask.... what the hell are you doing eating fish and chips??? Just kidding, I'm sure you can work em off..... hope you enjoyed the rugby.... ha ha ha. When I think of where you are compared to where I am I just feel so envious, I miss the north sooooo much.
LOL fish and chips are my fave and I've heard they're good your way! I have to have fish'n'chips at least once a week :-) Can't wait to see your photos.
